By engaging with our services, or signing a contract with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

We offer roofing and construction services as outlined in our agreements with clients. The scope, timeline, and deliverables will be detailed in a written contract signed by both parties.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the project requirements.

• Respond promptly to requests for approvals, feedback, or additional information.

• Help Power Style in the process of obtaining necessary permissions, permits, and approvals required for the project.

Fees and Payment

• Fees for services will be outlined in a proposal or contract.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest, depending on the finance option you decide forward with.

• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

• There are no cancellations on any agreements unless states otherwise in the agreement.

Intellectual Property

• We retain the copyright and ownership of all designs, drawings, and other materials we produce.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our work is prohibited, unless otherwise states in any agreement.

Service Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep sensitive project information confidential.

• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise. By signing any agreement with Power Style you agree to show case your home for marketing purposes.

Project Timeline

• Timelines will be outlined in the contract and are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances.

• Delays caused by the client or external factors may require a timeline adjustment. (AHJ, Scheduling, Etc)

Liability

• We are not liable for delays, damages, or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond our control, including third-party actions, regulatory changes, or any and all events we may decide we are not liable for. You agree to this when visiting our site's or by signing any agreement with Power Style.

• Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through mediation before resorting to legal action. By signing any agreement or visiting any of our sites for any reason you agree that in no way shape or form for any reason under the law will you take legal action against Power Style, It's Executives, Members, Partners, and Affiliates.

Amendments and Revisions

• Requests for revisions or additional work beyond the original scope will be subject to additional fees.

• Revisions must be requested within the agreed-upon timeline.

Termination

• Termination fees may apply based on work completed and expenses incurred. Refer to your Power Style HIA for more information regarding termination and cancellations of contracts.
